Mohamed Usman

Mohamed Usman has over seven years of experience in IT support, currently serving as a Customer Support Engineer at Alpha Data since June 2020, where responsibilities include installing, upgrading, and troubleshooting various operating systems and Microsoft applications, as well as providing AV support using MS Teams. Prior to this role, Mohamed worked at REACH Employment Services from June 2016 to May 2020 as an Information Technology Technical Support specialist, offering L1/L2 support and expertise in Office 365 applications. Mohamed holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Anna University Chennai, obtained in May 2011.
