Unal C. Yilmazoglu is an Applications Engineer at Alpha Technologies since July 2023. Prior to this role, Unal served as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at The University of Akron, focusing on grazing incidence X-ray scattering characterizations and the modeling of plasma polymerized thin films. Additionally, Unal has experience in research roles at Boğaziçi University, contributing to studies on protein mechanisms related to SARS CoV-2 and the dynamics of polymer thin films. Unal holds a Master of Science in Polymer Science from The University of Akron and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Chemical Engineering and Chemistry from Boğaziçi University.
