Francesco dal Bosco

Francesco Dal Bosco is an experienced culinary and logistics professional with a diverse background in hospitality and service management. Currently serving as an Executive Chef at Alpinestars since February 2022, Francesco oversees hospitality logistics, operates vehicles, and manages setup and breakdown operations. Previously, Francesco worked as a Tyre Fitter at RSSE srl for Pirelli service in the world of Superbike racing and as an Executive Chef and Sous Chef at Alpinestars from 2018 to 2021. Earlier experience includes serving as Kitchen Manager at VR46 Racing, where Francesco managed internal catering for employees and guests, and as On Track Store Manager during European Grand Prix events. Initial career beginnings included a role as Pub Manager at Punch Pubs & Co from 2009 to 2011. Educational background includes attendance at Liceo Classico from 2001 to 2006.
