Erin Springer

Erin Springer has had a diverse work experience in the legal industry. Erin began their career in 1999 at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP, where they worked as a Recruiting Manager until 2004. Erin then joined Bryan Cave in 2004 as a Recruiting and Professional Development Manager for a short period. In 2005, Erin moved to Alston & Bird LLP, where they held various roles in attorney hiring, including Attorney Hiring Manager and Director of Attorney Hiring. Their tenure at Alston & Bird LLP lasted until at least 2008.

Erin Springer has a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Leadership & Learning from The George Washington University - Graduate School of Education and Human Development. Erin also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Maryland.
