Tom McGuire is an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in overseeing industrial and commercial construction projects. Currently employed at Alston Construction since March 2021, McGuire specializes in project buyout, contract negotiation, scheduling, cost management, and project closeout, recently completing the Welcome Center office building for CSU Sacramento. Prior to this role, McGuire held project management positions at Clark Pacific and Buzz Oates Construction, where responsibilities included design team coordination and contract administration for a variety of construction projects.
