Nando van Kempen

Nando van Kempen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in real estate finance. Currently serving as Finance Manager at Alter Domus since February 2021, Nando has progressed through roles including Senior Finance Officer and Financial Officer, focusing on assisting clients with the implementation and optimization of holding and financing structures, while managing day-to-day operations and client relations. Prior to this, Nando worked as an Accounting Specialist at Vibe Group ® and completed an internship in the accounting department at Associação Discover Lisbon. Nando holds a Master's degree in Sustainable Finance from Maastricht University and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on International Business from Zuyd University of Applied Sciences, as well as additional studies in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at KEDGE Business School.
