Carli Esser

Carli Esser is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy consulting and marketing management. Currently serving as Partner at Altman Solon since July 2020, Carli previously held various principal-level roles at Solon Management Consulting from October 2012 to June 2020, focusing on telecommunications strategy in Central and Eastern Europe. Earlier experience includes a position as Assistant Product Manager at L'Oréal, managing brand development and sales strategy for Redken and Pureology, as well as internship roles where Carli contributed to acquisition work for Polish and Hungarian telecommunications companies. Additionally, Carli founded the charity project "I love KTVA," which engaged over 150 young people in public service, and served as CMO for the Sports Association KTV Altstaetten, enhancing stakeholder relations and event management. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of St.Gallen and a year of study at the University of Amsterdam.
