Andrea Kampine

Andrea Kampine is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in leadership and operational roles. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at AltoIRA since July 2019, Kampine has been instrumental in helping investors leverage retirement savings for alternative asset investments. Prior to this, as the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Ampersand Health, Kampine successfully built a 110-employee organization, developed strategic partnerships, and launched multiple primary care clinics. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Vanguard Health Systems and Healthspring, where Kampine focused on integrated care solutions, health operations, and the implementation of innovative healthcare delivery models. Kampine holds a Master of Arts in International Relations from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Boston University.
