Alexander began their career at Altoros in 2002 as an IT Service Delivery Manager, where they were responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring project success. In 2003, they were promoted to Sr. Service Delivery Manager, where they focused on transforming service delivery and supporting clients and supervisors.
After leaving Altoros, Alexander co-founded PostLance in 2006, where they developed the creative and technical aspects of the start-up and built a strong team. Alexander later worked at Labs Publicity Agency as the Chief Delivery Officer, where they worked with key accounts, improved process performance, and addressed risk issues.
Returning to Altoros in 2010, Alexander took on the role of Chief Startups Officer. Alexander then became the Regional Development Manager, responsible for establishing the Argentinian office and overseeing the entire process. In 2012, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer, collaborating with the President & CEO to develop and implement growth strategies.
