Yi-Ping (Peter) Chang, Ph.D., serves as a Senior Scientist II in Delivery Technologies at Altria, focusing on developing innovative delivery solutions for next-generation reduced harm products and providing expertise in key engineering theories. Prior experience includes a tenure at Reynolds American Inc., where contributions as a Senior (Staff) Scientist involved enhancing data analysis automation and overseeing the COMSOL Vapor Modeling Project. Yi-Ping Chang has a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University, a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from National Cheng Kung University, and a Bachelor of Science in Hydraulic and Ocean Engineering from the same institution. Additionally, Yi-Ping Chang completed a Certificate in Data Science and Machine Learning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
