Laura Tian

Laura Tian, PhD, is a proficient UX Research Manager at Altus Group since February 2023, where responsibilities include leading research operations and developing research strategies that align with product strategy and user needs. Prior experience includes a role as a UX Researcher at CBC/Radio-Canada, delivering multiple projects on user behavior and utilizing various research methodologies. Laura Tian also served as a Teaching Assistant and Graduate Researcher at the University of Toronto, contributing to training students in scientific communication and managing extensive research projects on user behavior. Educational credentials include a PhD in Social Psychology, an MA in Social Psychology, and a BA in Psychology, all from the University of Toronto and Queen's University.
