Liam is the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Aludyne, a position he has held since May 2023. Liam is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal affairs on a global basis. Before joining Aludyne, Liam spent over twenty years in the automotive industry in senior leadership positions at Lear Corporation and TRW, including Vice President , Divisional Counsel, Seating and Deputy General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Lear Corporation. Prior to joining the automotive industry, Liam was a partner at the Detroit law firm of Jaffe Raitt, specializing in general commercial litigation.
Liam holds a Bachelors in Economics and Business Administration from Kalamazoo College and a juris doctorate, summa cum laude, from University of Detroit-Mercy School of Law.
