Jim Giudice

Jim Giudice serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at PublicSquare since March 2024, bringing extensive legal expertise from a diverse career in both private sector law and military service. Prior to this, Jim held similar roles at Credova, where responsibilities included corporate governance and commercial transactions, and was a corporate attorney at Williams Mullen, representing companies in mergers and acquisitions. Jim's military career with the United States Marine Corps spans roles such as Operations Officer, Watch Officer, and Intelligence Officer, with a significant tenure as a Marine Recon Platoon Commander during combat operations in Afghanistan. Jim holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Richmond School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Finance from The Ohio State University.
