James J. Wallace

James J. Wallace serves as the Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel at Everfox since October 2023, overseeing all legal, governance, and compliance matters. Prior to this role, James held several senior legal positions at Raytheon Technologies, including Executive Director and General Counsel for strategic business units such as Strategic Missile Defense, Global Spectrum Dominance, and Cybersecurity, Intelligence and Services. His responsibilities encompassed guiding legal and compliance matters across significant business units and leading multiple M&A transactions. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Raytheon and Deputy General Counsel at Exelis Inc., contributing to major corporate restructurings and M&A activities. James began his career as an M&A Associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, closing over 100 transactions. James holds a Bachelor's Degree from Harvard University and a Juris Doctor from Stanford Law School.
