Rajitha Perera is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in brand management and strategic marketing. Currently serving as the Head of Sales & Marketing at Alumex PLC since March 2019, Rajitha has also held multiple leadership roles at Akzo Nobel Paints Lanka, including Head of Marketing and Marketing Manager, where responsibilities included developing brand marketing plans, conducting market research, and coordinating advertising strategies. With prior experience as a Brand Manager at ICI Paints and HEMAS HOLDINGS PLC, Rajitha has a proven track record of driving brand awareness and achieving sales targets across various sectors. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Southern Queensland, a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing from CIM, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
