Lynn Yuan

Lynn Yuan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in cross-border M&A advisory and financial due diligence. Currently serving as a Director at Alvarez & Marsal since May 2023, Lynn also holds a Director position at KPMG since June 2018. Previous roles include Senior Manager at PwC Mainland China and Hong Kong from 2015 to 2018 and Manager at EY Solutions LLP from 2011 to 2014, focusing on various aspects of finance integration and business transformation. Earlier in the career, Lynn was an Assistant Manager at KPMG Advisory (China) and an Audit Associate at KPMG Singapore, along with co-founding the ACHIEVE INTERNATIONAL Financial Training Center. Lynn holds a Master in Finance from INSEAD, a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting and Finance from Oxford Brookes Business School, and a Bachelor's degree in International Economics and Trading from Xi’an Polytechnic University.
