Hellen Davis

Hellen Davis has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and organizations. In 1989, they became the Chairman of the Board at Indaba Global Coaching, LLC, and also started their ownership of the International Coaching Association - ICA. In 2016, they joined DISCflex Recovery as a Managing Partner, where they remained until 2020. Most recently, in 2022, Hellen became the Chief People Officer at Alvaria, Inc.

Hellen Davis completed coursework in Finance, Computer Science, and Psychology at American University, earning a CLU degree. Additionally, from 1973 to 1976, they attended Germiston school.
