Kate Neely is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in trade relations, customer contracting, and commercial operations within the pharmaceutical sector. Currently serving as Vice President at Alvogen, Kate leads a 22-person team in optimizing operations through major restructuring and talent acquisition. Previously, in roles at PwC, Kate eliminated revenue leakage and drove growth through innovative business development initiatives. At Rising Pharmaceuticals, Kate implemented significant turnaround strategies and enhanced forecasting accuracy. Early career experiences at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals included managing national accounts and driving sales growth across diverse portfolios.
