Elena Velazquez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in employee experience, culture, and collaboration within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience at Amadeus since April 2011, Elena focuses on enhancing employee engagement in a hybrid work environment and driving digital transformation for a global workforce. Previous roles at Amadeus include Senior Manager of Culture, Collaboration & Employee Engagement, and Senior Manager of Collaboration & Knowledge Management, where Elena promoted innovative work practices and fostered cross-departmental connectivity.
