Morten Andersen

Morten Andersen is an experienced professional specializing in employee experience and digital workplace solutions. Currently serving as the Head of Employee Experience at DFDS since November 2022, Morten is responsible for enabling critical systems aligned with the People Division strategy in a diverse workforce. Prior to this role, Morten worked at PeopleNet A/S from April 2015 to November 2022, where responsibilities included Team Lead and Microsoft 365 Solution Architect, managing a team of consultants and providing strategic guidance on SharePoint implementations for organizations of various sizes. Morten's career also includes positions as System Architect and Lead Developer at Chr. Hansen A/S, Developer roles at Progressive IT, NNE A/S, and Holm & Grut Arkitekter A/S, as well as architectural design experience at Dall & Lindhardtsen A/S. Morten holds a Master's degree in Information Technology and Software Development from IT-Universitetet i København and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology and Construction Management from Byggeteknisk Højskole.
