Swati Gupta

Swati Gupta is an experienced operations professional with a solid background in managing seller and customer support functions across various e-commerce platforms. Currently serving as Assistant Manager - Operations at Amala Earth since March 2022, Swati previously held roles at Limeroad.com as Team Lead for seller support and Senior Analyst for seller operations. Prior to that, Swati was a Senior Analyst in both merchant and customer operations at ShopClues, where responsibilities included handling merchant accounts and resolving customer queries. Swati began their career as a Customer Support Specialist addressing customer inquiries through calls and emails. Swati holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electronics and Communication from Maharishi Dayanand University, Rohtak, obtained in 2013.
