From March 2020 to March 2022, Katie excelled as the Director of Café Operations at FairWave Coffee Collective. Earlier in the career, Katie spent nearly a decade at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, where responsibilities included serving as Training General Manager, focusing on team development and operational efficiency.
