Yang Liu serves as the Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in China since February 2017, overseeing policy and government affairs, leading a team in government outreach, policy analysis, and advocacy. Prior experience includes roles as GR/PR Director for McAfee in Greater China, Head of Government Affairs at Symantec, and Senior Manager at Qualcomm. Yang Liu holds a Master’s equivalent in Civil Law from China University of Political Science and Law, a Master's degree in International Relations and International Management from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Shandong University.
