Jutta Karlsson

Jutta Karlsson currently serves as General Counsel at Amer Sports Corporation, overseeing legal, intellectual property rights, compliance, and environmental, social, and governance matters within a global sporting goods company. Prior to this role, Jutta was Head of Legal for the Process Industries and Management Consulting divisions at AFRY Group and served as Executive Vice President, Legal and Group General Counsel at Pöyry Plc., a Nasdaq Helsinki listed company. Jutta's earlier experience includes serving as General Counsel at Fiskars Corporation, where involvement extended to the Executive Board and subsidiaries worldwide. Jutta Karlsson holds an LL.M. in Law from the University of Helsinki, awarded in 1988.
