Sebastian Lund is currently the Chief Human Resources Officer at Amer Sports Corporation, a Global Top 5 premium sporting and outdoor goods company. Prior to this, Lund held various HR leadership positions at Procter & Gamble for almost two decades, including roles such as Global HR Leader for Corporate Productivity & Organization Transformation, Global HR Leader for Beauty & Grooming Group, HR Leader for Europe in the Beauty & Grooming Group, HR Leader for the Nordic Markets, Corporate Communications Leader for North America and Nordic markets, and Marketing-Brand Management in the Nordic markets. Lund holds a Masters of Economics and Business Administration degree with a focus on International Marketing & Human Resources Management from Hanken School of Economics.
