Judy Germany

Judy Germany has extensive experience in editorial and content management roles, currently serving as Managing Editor at the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons since July 2021. Prior to this position, Judy held multiple titles at Rush University Medical Center, including Senior Content Strategist, Senior Editor/Writer, and Editor-Writer from March 1999 to July 2021. Judy's earlier professional experience includes serving as a Public Relations Associate at The Jewish Federation of Metropolitan Chicago and as an Assistant Editor at Courier Magazine. Judy also worked as an Editor at Host Communications and began a career in public relations as an intern at The University of Texas at Austin. Judy holds a Bachelor's degree in Creative and Professional Writing from Carnegie Mellon University, completed in 1991, and graduated from Evanston Township High School in 1987.
