Kisha James is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in educational programming and training within the energy sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Industry Education & Training at the American Clean Power Association (ACP) since April 2018, Kisha provides strategic vision and operational leadership for various educational initiatives, including national conferences and virtual learning platforms. Kisha has significantly transformed ACP’s virtual programming through the introduction of PowerCasts and spearheaded the launch of two notable national events, RECHARGE and EmpowHER, enhancing ACP's thought leadership. Kisha's previous roles include Director and Deputy Director at ACP, and various positions at AWEA and the American Wind Energy Association, where skills in conference management and educational content development were honed. Kisha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Howard University.
