Alyse Tanner

Alyse Tanner is an experienced professional in the hospitality and customer service sectors, currently serving as the Assistant Hotel Manager and Cruise Director for American Cruise Lines since May 2016. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and implementing a wide variety of passenger programs and representing the company during shore tours and onboard entertainment. Previously, Alyse held various positions at Pearl Seas Cruises and HEB, where contributions included training staff, improving pharmacy profitability through exceptional customer service, and managing cash transactions. Additional experience includes an Emerging Leader Intern role at JCPenney, overseeing department profitability and staff development initiatives, as well as an Event Operations Intern position with Houston Dynamo, managing outreach events. Alyse holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Marketing from the University of Houston and an Associate of Arts from Houston Community College.
