Antonella Mazur

Antonella Mazur, Ph.D., currently serves as the Associate Executive Editor at the American Physical Society, having begun this role in October 2023. Prior to this position, Antonella Mazur held various editorial and management roles at the American Chemical Society from March 2013 to October 2023, including Portfolio Manager, Assistant Director (Publisher), Associate Publisher, Senior Managing Editor, and Managing Editor. Earlier experience includes a Postdoctoral Research Associate position at Northeastern University from August 2008 to March 2013, where Antonella Mazur developed and implemented experiments related to Spectral Cytopathology and Spectral Histopathology, as well as a Graduate Research Assistant role focusing on FTIR micro-spectroscopy and multivariate statistical methods. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Northeastern University, a Product Management Certificate from Product School, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry and Biochemistry from Monmouth College.
