Carmel Darcy has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at the American Red Cross since February 1999. Additionally, Carmel is a member of the Board of Directors for the National Hispanic Corporate Council since August 2021. Prior to these roles, Carmel was a Financial Analysis Manager at Direct Holdings, Inc., formerly Time Warner, from June 1992 to February 1999. Carmel holds a degree from George Mason University – Costello College of Business.
