Ross Rachey

Ross Rachey is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operations and compliance across multiple industries. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Amerit Fleet Solutions since April 2025, Ross previously held the same position at ACERTUS, a leading automotive logistics platform, where responsibilities included overseeing operations spanning the US and Canada. Prior to that, Ross worked at Amazon for over a decade, where roles included Director of Global Fleet and Products, overseeing a substantial global fleet and budget, and leading initiatives in energy, environment, and sustainable transportation. Ross's early career at Amazon also involved managing regulatory compliance across various business categories. Education includes a Juris Doctor from Seattle University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the UW Foster School of Business.
