Jaime Miller

Jaime Miller (Lundquist) serves as the HR Manager for Talent Acquisition at Ames Construction, where responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and leading a revamp of the company’s career site since May 2023. Previously, Jaime held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition at Ryan Companies US, Inc., leading a team of nine and implementing talent acquisition strategies for the organization. With a decade-long tenure at Life Time Inc., Jaime progressed through various recruitment roles, ultimately serving as Senior Talent Acquisition Manager, where a significant number of corporate hires were achieved. Early career experience includes roles at ShopNBC, Timberwolves/Lynx/Target Center, and Open Systems International, alongside a Bachelor's degree in French and Theatre from the University of Minnesota.
