Ashraf Abdelrazek

Ashraf Abdelrazek is an experienced talent acquisition manager with a strong background in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) markets. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Ras Al Khaimah Economic Zone (RAKEZ) since February 2023, Ashraf previously held the same title at Julphar from May 2019 to January 2023, where responsibilities included developing talent acquisition strategies and managing recruitment processes across various roles and regions. Prior experience includes positions at Eram Group as a Recruitment Team Leader, Salman Group as a Recruitment Supervisor, and various roles as a Recruitment Specialist at MGD Computer Systems and Monster Transcription, as well as early experience as a Medical Transcriptionist. Ashraf holds a Mini MBA in Human Resource Management from KNOWLEDGE Consulting and Talent Development and degrees in Chemistry & Physics and Biochemistry & Physiology from Zagazig University and Suez Canal University, respectively.
