Lucas Zenk, CCT, currently serves as Project Controls Manager at Ames Construction since August 2023. Prior to this role, Lucas spent over eight years at The Lane Construction Corporation, progressing through various titles including Cost Control Manager and Senior Project Cost Controller. Responsibilities included managing a team, preparing financial reports, setting up project quantity books, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure compliance with budgets and contracts. Lucas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Minnesota, obtained in 2014.
