Michael Hosp

Michael Hosp has over 17 years of experience in the travel management industry, currently serving as the Head of SME Client Management for EMEA at American Express Global Business Travel since October 2006. In this role, Michael leads a team of eight Client General Managers in Germany and Switzerland, managing a diverse portfolio of local and multinational accounts. Previous positions held include Global Client Manager and Client General Manager, where responsibilities encompassed relationship and account management, KPI reporting, and business travel consultancy. Michael also has leadership experience from earlier roles, including a Team Leader position, as well as foundational experience as a Business Travel Consultant and Acting Team Leader at Business Plus Lufthansa City Center. Michael holds a Bachelor of Business (CCI) degree from Fernakademie Hamburg, earned between 2013 and 2016.
