Mike Ashley

Mike Ashley is a seasoned geotechnical professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Geotechnical Design Team Leader at Amey since November 2014, Mike has also held positions as Senior Geotechnical Engineer and Geotechnical Engineer within the same organization. Prior to this, Mike worked at WYG Group as a Geotechnician during an internship and at Helio Resource Corp. in various capacities, including Country Manager for both Tanzania and Namibia, and Project Geologist. Mike began their career as a Geologist at Rio Tinto from 2004 to 2006. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Applied Environmental Geology from Cardiff University and a Master's degree in geology from the University of Southampton.
