Carol Richardson

Carol Richardson, M.Ed., currently serves as a Senior Training Coordinator at Amgen, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this, Carol held various roles at Amgen, including Senior Associate Project Manager in Quality, Performance, and Innovation from December 2012 to December 2023, and Associate Training & Development. Carol has extensive experience in training management and process improvement, including development of SharePoint solutions and Learning Management Systems. Previous positions include Administrative Coordinator at Amgen, where project and administrative support were provided to clinical operations, and earlier roles in medical education and administration within organizations such as AppleOne Employment Services, Pepperdine University, and The California Endowment. Carol holds a Master of Education in Special Education and Psychology from Pepperdine University.
