Patrick Rowan

Patrick Rowan is an experienced professional in the insurance and sales industry, currently serving as the Assistant Sales and Client Services Supervisor at Amica Insurance since June 2017. In this role, Patrick manages a team of Sales Team Managers, focusing on coaching and developing talent while contributing to the growth of the National Sales Team - Central. Previously, Patrick held positions such as Senior Team Manager in the National Sales Team West, where responsibilities included underwriting high-value risks and merging virtual and local sales teams to meet company goals. With a strong background in sales management and data-driven coaching, Patrick has successfully motivated team members and optimized efficiencies in the West Region. Patrick also gained initial experience as a Field Recruiter for Amica and as an intern at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where notable sales achievements were recognized. Patrick holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Bryant University and a high school diploma from Sacred Heart High School.
