Michele Bardy currently serves as the Executive General Manager of Infrastructure at Ampol, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Michele had an extensive tenure at Santos Ltd from February 2012 to July 2024, where multiple senior leadership positions were held, including Vice President of Santos Energy Solutions - Eastern Australia and Vice President of Midstream Infrastructure - Production Operations. Michele's earlier career included significant roles such as Integration Manager and Principal Risk Advisor at Santos Group. Before joining Santos, Michele operated as a Consultant and Owner at Resolutions Services Pty Ltd from August 2004 to January 2012. Michele began a professional journey at ExxonMobil, working in various refining and supply roles from February 1991 to December 2003. Michele holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honours in Chemical Engineering from the University of Adelaide, obtained from 1987 to 1990.

This includes our Trading and Shipping business that operates out of Singapore and Houston in the USA, and our international storage positions across the Asia-Pacific region. We also have a growing presence in New Zealand as the owner of Z Energy Limited, the trusted and iconic New Zealand brand which sells approximately 40% of all fuel volumes across New Zealand. Ampol also owns a 20% equity interest in Seaoil, a leading independent fuel company in the Philippines.
