He has led several HR transformation processes and aligned organizational current and future needs with business goals. His strengths are in Strategic HR planning, organizational design, business process reengineering and transformation, M&A and change management solutions.
Since 2013, he was a Human Resources Vice President for Bachoco - the world’s 5th largest poultry production and an organization with $4 billion in sales and 25,000 employees. Prior to Bachoco, Ismael was Corporate People and Change Management Director for Grupo Modelo in Mexico City and worked 11 years at CEMEX in HR located in Madrid.
He has University degrees including MBA and Masters in HR. Currently, he is Consultative Committee President of AMEDIRH (Mexican Human Resources Management Association) and NAHRMA (North America Human Resource Management Association) delegate (USA/CAN/MEX).
