John Masen

John Masen has extensive legal experience, currently serving as Deputy General Counsel at Amrock since November 2013, with previous titles including Director, Senior Counsel, Associate Corporate Counsel, and Contract Specialist. Prior to this role, John gained experience at Thomas M. Cooley Law School as a Teaching Assistant for Secured Transactions, conducting legal research under Professors Swanson and Neville-Ewell. Additionally, John completed a legal externship at Lewis & Munday, PC, where document review and municipal law research were key responsibilities. John holds a Juris Doctor with a focus on Business Transactions and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in Corporate Law & Finance from Cooley Law School, as well as a BBA in Management from Walsh College.
