Alison West

Alison West is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in instructional design, training, and performance improvement across varied organizations. Currently serving as the Lead Instructional Designer, Trainer, Business System Analyst, and WalkMe Builder/Content Designer at Amtrak since September 2016, Alison supports Organizational Change Management and develops training for IT initiatives. Previous roles include Performance Improvement Consultant and Instructional Designer at JPMorgan Chase & Co. and Barclays Bank, where critical training needs analysis and effectiveness evaluation were emphasized. Alison has also contributed to process improvement projects at Agilent Technologies and Digital Legal Services, in addition to earlier experience in managing training programs and operations in the real estate sector.
