Nancy McRae-Case

Nancy McRae-Case is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Lead Technology Strategy Analyst at AMTRAK since October 1996. In this role, Nancy collaborates with the team to manage the IT Service Portfolio, assess the Total Cost of Ownership for IT services, and conduct Service, Architecture, and Portfolio Reviews for the CIO and staff, while also assisting with the implementation of an IT Financial Management tool. Previous roles include Financial Advisor, where responsibilities included capital budgeting, forecasting, and project management, and Systems Developer, focusing on project and resource management. Prior to AMTRAK, Nancy owned NMC & Associates, Inc., providing IT end-user desktop application support, development, and training. Nancy holds a BA in Psychology and Journalism from Butler University and has completed a Lean IT Foundation course with Pink Elephant.
