Tosha Lucas

Tosha Lucas, MBA, has been with Amtrak since 1989, currently serving as the Lead Operations Compliance Analyst since September 2007. In this role, Tosha monitors revenue and compliance for the Northeast Region, focusing on Stations, Comissaries, and Train and Engine locations, while also analyzing revenue transactions for accuracy. Previously, Tosha held the position of Officer of Revenue Analysis & Investigations, where responsibilities included analyzing and investigating revenue from passenger travel and training management staff. Earlier experience at Amtrak as a Business Analyst involved maintaining payroll systems and employee time statements. Tosha holds an MBA in Business Management from Eastern University and a B.S. in Business Administration from Lincoln University, alongside a diploma from Philadelphia High School for Girls.
