Merve Sipahi is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and human resource management. Currently serving as İnsan Kaynakları Yöneticisi at Anadolu Etap since October 2022, Merve has previously held positions as Organizasyonel Gelişim Yönetmeni at Kazancı Holding A.Ş. from August 2020 to October 2022, İnsan Kaynakları Uzmanı at İpragaz A.Ş. from November 2017 to August 2020, and Organizasyonel Gelişim Uzmanı at Toksöz Grup from December 2013 to October 2017. Merve holds a Bachelor's Degree in Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri from Uludag University, completed in 2013.

Anadolu Etap was established in 2010 with the partnership of the Anadolu Group and Özgörkey Holding, envisioning the strategic importance of agriculture in Turkey’s future and the need for quality fruit and juice on the market.
