Michael Sweeney

Michael Sweeney currently serves as Senior Counsel at Analog Devices, a position held since August 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Counsel for Securities and Governance at Alteryx from September 2022 to August 2023 and Senior Corporate Counsel at Entegris from May 2020 to August 2022. Michael was an Associate at Ropes & Gray LLP from October 2017 to May 2020, contributing to the Strategic Transactions Group, and previously completed a summer associate position at the same firm in 2016. Early legal experience also includes a legal internship with the United States Attorney's Office, District of Massachusetts, in 2015. Before entering the legal field, Michael served as an Operations Research Analyst for the United States Air Force from June 2008 to August 2014. Educational credentials include a J.D. from Duke University School of Law (2014-2017), an MBA from Boston College Carroll School of Management (2011-2013), and a B.A. in Economics from Merrimack College (2006-2010).
