Andrey Borisov was born in Moscow. Graduated from University of Russian Academy of Education, faculty of Advertising and Public Relations.
He has a vast experience in Human Resources that he gained in Manpower Group Russia & CIS, Hudson Global, held the Project Manager position in financial, investment and insurance segments.
Andrey joined ANCOR in 2008 as a Project Manager in banking practice.
In 2012, he was promoted as a Leader of Outsourcing Department in ANCOR Banks and Financial services.
In 2015, keeping his current position in ANCOR Banks and Financial services, Andrey headed Innovations Department in ANCOR Holding.
In 2016 Andrey became a Director of Outsourcing Department in ANCOR FinTech.
In 2020, he was promoted as an Executive Director of ANCOR FinTech.
