Susan Rickman has over a decade of experience in business systems analysis and information management, currently serving as a Senior Business Systems Analyst at Marathon Petroleum Corporation since October 2018 and a Senior Functional Analyst for Enterprise Content Management at Andeavor since 2017. Prior to these roles, Susan worked at NuStar Energy LP as a Records and Information Management Specialist, managing records for 1,200 employees, and at the City of Hereford as an Associate Judge and Court Clerk, overseeing record retention and conversion projects. Susan's career began in law enforcement as a Communications Officer with the Hereford Police Department. Educational credentials include a Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology and a Bachelor's degree in General Studies from West Texas A&M University, as well as an Associate of Science in Criminal Justice from Amarillo College. In addition to corporate roles, Susan operates as an entrepreneur with THRIVE by Le-Vel, promoting wellness and lifestyle improvement.
