Sharon Tolva has over 18 years of professional experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and corporate control roles. Sharon began their career in 2003 as a Plant Controller at Andersen Windows. Sharon then progressed to become a Manager of FP&A for Sales and Marketing, where they managed a team of 7 analysts and handled budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis responsibilities. In 2005, they took on the role of Manager of FP&A for Andersen Logistics. Sharon later joined Silver Line Windows in 2008 as the Director of FP&A, overseeing financial planning and analysis for the Sales and Marketing and Operations departments while also being responsible for the Accounts Payable department. In 2012, they moved back to Andersen Windows as the Director of FP&A for the Architectural Products Division. Most recently, they have held the position of Corporate Controller and Vice President at Andersen Corporation since 2013.
Sharon Tolva has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, which they obtained in the years 1990-1994. Sharon also holds additional certifications as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) from the Minnesota State Board of Accountancy and as a Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from the Society of Certified Management Accountants. In 2010, they attended The Wharton School for a program in Implementing Strategy, and in 2017 they completed the CFO Becoming a Strategic Partner Program at The Wharton School.
