Kerri Miller

Kerri Miller has extensive experience in accounting and compliance, with significant roles at Deltek from November 2008 to May 2017, including Vice President and Corporate Controller, where responsibilities included managing a team of 21 across the US and Philippines and overseeing various accounting functions along with global consolidation and SEC disclosures. Prior to this, Kerri served as Senior Manager at Protiviti from January 2005 to October 2008 and was instrumental in implementing the Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 compliance program and developing an internal audit program at Deltek beginning in 2009. Kerri holds a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor's degree from Utah State University.
